If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Please find below our returns policy, designed to be simple, fair and in keeping with the SOUAAD experience.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In new, unused condition, with the original security seal and packaging intact
In a re-sellable condition

Please note that opened, used or tampered items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

As per UK consumer law, you also have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To arrange a return, simply:

Email us at support@souaad.com before sending your item.
Complete the return form included with your original package.
Whenever possible, please reuse the original packaging to prevent breakage or spillage in transit.

Please note:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@souaad.com.

We will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of:

Items returned without intact security seals or packaging
Items returned in unsaleable or used condition
Items not purchased directly from souaad.com
