Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
All returned items must be:
- In new and unused condition, with the security and packaging undamaged.
- In re-saleable condition.
Return process
Please email us at support@souaad.com before returning an order and please include the return form included to your package. When possible, please reuse the original packaging to avoid any breakage/spillage in transit. Please mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. We will endeavour to process your refund as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after notice of cancellation. The refund will be processed using the same method the payment was on.
For Stripe payments, we will refund you your original payment less the commission taken by Stripe on our receiving your order. We are not able to make refunds on damaged products or those with opened security seals or packaging.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned with the security seal and/or packaging damaged
- Items returned in an unsaleable condition
